Spearmint Leaf

Spearmint has properties similar to peppermint, but is somewhat gentler. It is soothing to the stomach, and mildly diuretic, diaphoretic (inducing perspiration), vasodilating (increasing blood pressure).

Perfect as an addition to salves, creams or soaps.
