Who is Kindred?

Hi, I'm Alex. And I believe that:

♥ A low-waste lifestyle should be accessible and affordable for everyone.

♥ In order to leave this world better than I found it I can make better decisions about what and how I consume.

♥ We all deserve to be a part of a community where we are valued, loved and lifted up by one another.

♥ Life is too short to take yourself too seriously.

I started Kindred Vancouver in the hopes of creating a space for like-minded folk to gather, converse, shop for low-waste products, learn, grow, share, and exist together. I can't wait to meet you and learn your story.

Hi, I'm Rowen. I'm passionate about living more intentionally and
leaving a positive impact on the earth.

I have a technical degree in massage therapy and a professional history
as a textile artist, an account clerk, a corporate buyer, and many
retail positions. My experience has taught me that I am happiest when
I'm creatively exploring new and inventive ways of doing things.

I believe people don't have to be experts to explore and try new things.
I love helping others explore their creativity and empower them with
inspiration and know-how. I also love learning about how to be a better
steward of the earth and share that with others.

My hobbies and interests lists are VERY long, crafts (soap and candle
making, sewing and mending clothes), herbology, creating art, learning
about neurodiverse brains, queer empowerment, cats, books, coffee,
chocolate, witchy/astrology/oracle/human design, exploring living in
community, eco-consciousness, and intentional living.
